We're just hours away from Apple's 2017 Worldwide Developer’s Conference, drawing eroticism and we're already starting to get more information about what we'll see, including what may be a new file management app for iOS 11.
SEE ALSO: Apple WWDC 2017: What to expectThe eagle-eyed Steve Troughton-Smith spotted the listing in the wee hours of Monday morning on Apple's App Store.
It's now deleted but the screenshot he captured reveals mostly a place-holder page with little information about the app, except that it was filed under Apple's "Utilities" category and would require iOS 11.
This Tweet is currently unavailable. It might be loading or has been removed.
And, as The Vergenotes, that sure as heck looks like an Apple-styled icon on the listing, too.
It'd be a big step forward for file management on iPhones and iPads, which lack the kind of specific file management system you're used to from your laptop or desktop computer (and that Android users are already familiar with).
Currently, this level of file management is only available for files stored on an iCloud drive.
And whether or not this could be related to the drag-and-drop feature Troughton-Smith stumbled across in the Feedback app remains to be seen.
Troughton-Smith also uncovered a listing (also now deleted) for the Activities app, which means maybe you'll be able to delete built-in apps that come with iOS 11.
This Tweet is currently unavailable. It might be loading or has been removed.
To find out more about this potential new app and tons of other things Apple, tune in to our live-blog on Monday with the keynote kicking off at 1 p.m. ET/10 a.m. PT.
