Jolee Dunn, an eight-year-old singer-songwriter in the making, did not want to go to bed. In an effort to stall, she performed a charming song titled "I Wonder What's Inside Your Butthole."
Here are the lyrics:
I wonder what's inside your butthole, I wonder what's inside your butthole. Maybe there is astronauts, maybe there is aliens, all inside your butthole. What's inside your butthole, I always wanna know. What's inside your butthole, I always wanna know.
Her mother, singer-songwriter Lisa Rieffel-Dunn, posted a video of Jolee's song on Twitter on Friday. Since then, it's gone viral and inspired dozens of "I Wonder What's Inside Your Butthole" covers.

"Jolee is constantly making funny little songs," Rieffel-Dunn said in a Twitter DM. "She is the funniest human I have ever met."
When asked what inspired her song, Jolee said, "Sometimes you just think about buttholes, man."
The song is already being covered and remixed.

Jolee has been writing and improvising songs for as "far back" as Rieffel-Dunn can remember. She sent a video of her daughter crooning about the family dog as a toddler. Jolee was also featured in a trippy music video, H. Kink.
"That was fuckin' weird," Jolee quips at the end of the video, which portrays a vintage puppet show going off the rails.
Rieffel-Dunn added that Jolee is "no stranger to the mic" and is currently taking piano lessons, which she's "taken to so quickly." But she's relatively unfazed by her newfound fame — she doesn't particularly care unless her idol Doja Cat has seen the video.
"She sings “Say so” an obscene amount of times a day," Rieffel-Dunn said.
Jolee is currently working on her first EP. Recorded songs include her viral butthole song and this hit, titled "Why Do You Be Near to Donald Trump?"

When asked directly for comment, Jolee was preoccupied with more important matters.
"I'm recording my new record," she said through her mother's Twitter account. "Bye."
