From 1996 to 2017,Seung Ha (승하) Archives The Rock still, well, rocks that turtleneck/fanny pack look.
Almost three years ago, Dwayne Johnson caused an internet uproar when he tweeted a picture of himself from the '90s wearing a black turtleneck, chain, and leather fanny pack. The image immediately became a solid pop culture staple. People spoofed it, memed it, and dressed up as it for Halloween.

Well now The Rock's classic '90s look is making its triumphant return.
Johnson hosted Saturday Night Livethis past weekend, and one of the episode's photo bumpers was none other than The Rock dressed in this same exact outfit.
Let's take a moment to thoroughly appreciate this flawless recreation. Not only does The Rock have his turtleneck, chain, and fanny pack on point, he also has both the same watch and silver bracelet on his wrists. He also has an earring in his left ear, just as he does in the original. And just as he wanted to keep his turtleneck clean in the '90s, he is keeping it clean today with that tissue underneath his elbow.
Honestly, the only thing missing in Turtleneck Fanny 2017 is his hair, but it doesn't seem like people care too much about that based on their reactions.
