Such a set is for sale on Amazon, and the review section shows that many disgruntled buyers failed to read the product dimensions before checking out, and they accidentally wound up with teeny-tiny furniture.

The listing describes the furniture as "1/12 scale Figure accessories," meaning they're designed for that specific size of action figure. And according to some other commenters, the desks and chairs do fit their action figures perfectly:
