You never know where you'll meet a deer friend of yours.
Brian Powers was out hunting near Wausau, romantic eroticism Wisconsin, recently when he spotted something odd. Powers noticed a deer near a creek, but instead of running at the sight of a human, the friendly deer approached Powers and insisted on some head scratches.
Oddly enough the deer also had an orange scarf around its neck, probably to deter hunters from shooting the friendly creature. Hunters and hikers often wear the color orange to warn other hunters that they are not animals to prevent accidentally getting shot.
"This deer lives in the wild but is friendly toward humans and someone was smart enough to put the orange scarf around his neck to try to protect him," Powers told WFRV-TV.
Powers says the two chilled for about 10 minutes before it eventually walked away. But then, he saw the same deer in the afternoon, and again it walked right up to Powers.
Powers has been hunting for 42 years, and claims he has never seen anything like this. However, another hunter in Wisconsin had a very similar experience earlier this year, though this deer appeared to be younger and the two locations were over 2 hours driving distance apart.
Apparently the deer in Wisconsin are just super friendly.
