Anyone who's ever listened to Taylor Swift's "Reputation" will know that our gal has recently discovered partying.
Data-loving Redditer waitingforgoodoh decided to plot all the alcohol references in each and eroticism in indian miniature paintingevery one of Taylor Swift's albums. And, the results are quite something.
SEE ALSO: This one lyric from 'Gorgeous' is proof that the old Taylor Swift is not deadIt seems Swift made her first references to alcohol (with the words "bar" and "drunk") in "Speak Now," her third album. "Red," meanwhile contained zero references to booze. "1989" contained two ("wine" and "drunk").
But, "Reputation" is where things really get interesting. Per the Reddit graph—which was made using plotting system ggplot2—Swift makes a whopping 13 references to alcohol.
In this album, Swift refers to both "drink" and "bar three times. "Wine" gets yet another mention, as does "drunk." It seems she's expanded her drinks cabinet since "1989," though. Whiskey, beer and champagne also make it into her songs in this album.
Cheers to you, Taylor!
