PlayStation's E3 showcase was chock full of great reveals and Big Thing Chief: The Stolen Wifenew looks at upcoming games including E3 staples like Death Strandingand newcomers like Nioh 2.
At PlayStation's anticipated showcase Monday, things started out slowly after a stunning look at The Last of Us Part II, and then sped up a bit after Sony decided to move everyone to a different theater to watch the rest of the presentation. Minus that weird hiccup, the quality of the PlayStation showcase rivaled Sunday's Xbox showcase.

In a part-sweet, part-savory trailer, the first looks at gameplay from The Last of Us Part IIwere revealed. Starring Ellie, one of the protagonists from the first game, the trailer gave us a glimpse at some of the brutal, stealth-based gameplay fans came to love from part one.
A whole bunch of gameplay and a host of villains took centerstage during the latest look at Spider-Man. The trailer showed off a chunk of open world New York City, along with some cutscenes that got fans tingling. Then, the PlayStation team showed off some more gameplay in a live demo later in the show.
Gameplay for Ghost of Tsushimawas revealed, and all you need to know is this game has a sword and it knows how to use it. The serene landscapes and bloody action look so, soenticing in this action game set in what looks like feudal Japan.
Yet another Death Strandingtrailer raises more questions than it answers. Except this time around, two years after the game was first revealed, we got our first look at some of the gameplay, which mostly involved walking around, but ended up being so much more than that. Because Death Stranding.
Resident Evil 2is back with a vengeance. The classic horror game that helped cement the series as one of the best franchises in video games has been remade by Capcom for the modern, HD gaming experience and it's coming as quickly as a rabid zombie: Jan. 25.
