The description goes on to say that, as in the comics, Superman wears the black suit during his time in the "regeneration matrix, a Kryptonian chamber that reversed the previously lethal effects of his protracted punch-em-up with Doomsday."

Henry Cavill also teased the black suit on Instagram back in August, so this is just more evidence that he'll have some new threads for his big return. No telling how long he might remain the Monochromatic Man of Steel in the movie, but even a brief appearance is enough to justify merch, right?

Justice League is coming for us on Nov. 17.
