"We are the first and the only gelateria that serves the flower-shaped gelato in ... Australia at the moment," said store manager "Pat" to Mashablevia Messenger.

People clearly can't get enough of the sugary spirals, sharing their joy with Instagram fiends in Sydney and beyond.

According to the brand's website, they've already sold a whopping 1,500 gelato flowers -- and it's not hard to see why, considering their 24 different flavours rotate daily. #GottaTryThemAll.

The treats are painstakingly constructed, Pat said. "We sculpt each flower petal by petal. Each flower gelato contains about 20 petals."

The flavours available range from "cookies and cream" and "taro" all the way to "durian."
