Obviously no names are mentioned, but people clearly thought they knew who Rheon was referring to.

Meanwhile, everyone's thoughts immediately turned to Ramsay.

You know it's bad when Ramsay Bolton comes out against you.

Still, it wouldn't be the first time a power-hungry, sadistic Westerosi ruler has spoken out against Trump.
