The woman in that clip is British actress Phoebe Waller-Bridge -- the star of the popular Amazon Prime show Fleabag. There have been rumours flying around for awhile now that she may be playing the new Doctor.
So does that clip confirm it?
Well, no, not exactly. Obviously Waller-Bridge will be aware of the Doctor Whorumours, and whether she's taking up the mantle or not she will have been asked not to give anything away.
It surely makes her one of the favourites, though...
