Janet Jackson gave birth to her first child today -- a boy named Eissa Al Mana.
Peoplereports that Jackson,A Busty Girl Caught Having Sex While Taking A Lookbook Photo 50, “had a stress-free healthy delivery and is resting comfortably.”

"My husband and I are planning our family, so I'm going to have to delay the tour," she said in a video to fans at the time. "Please if you can try and understand that it's important that I do this now. I have to rest up -- doctor's orders. But have not forgotten about you."
