Warning: Contains icy cold spoilers for Game of ThronesSeason 7,Nathan Cajucom Archives episode 6.
The latest Game of Thronesepisode left us with a lot of White Walker-based questions. Where did they get those chains from, for instance? And how did they get so inhumanly good at throwing spears?
Well we might not be able to answer those first two, but there's a third -- arguably more important -- question we should try to get to the bottom of first: how was the Night King so impressively well prepared for Jon Snow's raiding party?

They have a point: the more you think about it, the more it feels like Jon Snow may have walked directly into a trap.
First, his group just happen to stumble across a small group of Wights plus one Walker, casually strolling through the tundra. They ambush them, accidentally alert the entire White Walker army, then get herded into the middle of an ice lake.
Then the Night King rocks up with his buddies. There are five of them, but for some reason only three have ice javelins:
The chains, the three javelins, the decision to keep Jon Snow's party in the middle of the lake rather than immediately start launching spears at them... it's a bit suspicious, isn't it?
The White Walkers, remember, were created by the Children of the Forest. Like Bran, they have a close relationship to the magical forces that have existed in Westeros for hundreds of years.
Is it possible that they also have some of the precognitive abilities that Bran now possesses?
For the sake of Jon Snow, Daenerys & Co., let's hope not.
